It took a little time to find out our choices but the workers greeted us and the bathrooms were clean. They had many choices and we are overall happy with the experiance.

We went here on a whim to satisfy my husband's sweet tooth, lol. We have only been to Cold Stone one other time and that was on a vacation in Florida, we didn't really care for it that much but he was willing to try again since there were not many options. I really wasn't expecting to get anything because I am allergic to dairy products and the chocolate option I tried last time was not very appealing. But they had a not dairy strawberry sorbet and that was pretty good. So I got that as the cheesecake combo thing without the whipped cream and caramel in a waffle bowl (it was so good with the fresh strawberries and graham crackers)! My husband got the cheesecake ice cream with bananas and caramel in a chocolate dipped sprinkle waffle bowl (yes, he's weird but he liked it). The only thing I can say is if you think it's a slow time when you get there, wait 5 minutes and it will be packed. Order fast and jump out of the way because they stay hopping. The employees are pretty good about helping you out and taking the time if you want to taste something even if they have 30 people in line. Great customer service all the way 👏!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cold Stone Creamery never disappoints! My favorite is the Berry Berry Berry Good — one of their signature creations — and it’s out of this world. The mix of berries with that creamy ice cream is just perfect. The staff is always friendly, the place is clean, and they mix everything right in front of you. Definitely my go-to spot when I’m craving something sweet and fresh! 🍓🍦 They’re located at 653 S Perryville Rd, Rockford, IL (inside Perryville Crossings) — open 11 AM to 10 PM, so plenty of time to grab a scoop before closing. I scream, you scream, we all scream for Cold Stone! 😋🍨🍦🍧

Love this place. I've been going to Coldstone Creameries around the United States for over twenty years now and this is my home town called Stone. We come here every chance we can. The kids absolutely loved it. We went to one in Virginia on our honeymoon and I got coffee with gummy bears and cookie doughs and for the last eighteen years nothing is ever beaten it.
